I'm not even sure I'd want my team to win the East. You do not want to play the 2015 Bama team.

Bama is pretty much always good. What's going to make 2015 so special?

You'll lose your QB, best offensive player and best DB. Now, I'm sure you've got 5* behind them, but that doesn't mean they'll be the same player.

We have to play them either way, dipshit.

Doubt it.

Georgia - good running backs to feed off of.

South Carolina - whateves.

TN - need much better rushing game and better OL play.

Florida - never know how they will do with a new coaching staff.

Considering we've won the last 5 in a row, I don't think "UGA gon UGA" is necessarily a good thing for tennessee.

Great analysis. You forgot to include which of those 4 teams won the East this year and last year.

Florida - New HC takes over a train wreck. Even Urban and Saban couldn't win on their first year.
UGA - Offensive genius Bobo is gone, new offense, new QB, UGA will UGA
S.Carolina - dumpster fire. Lost just about everybody on O-line. Mike Davis gone. Same swiss cheese defense. Recruits jumping ship. Spurrier gone in 2-3 years
Missouri - 2* U won't be able to sustain success in the long term
Vandy and UK - They're Vandy and UK

Is this the year your program gets your first win ever against 2*U or should we get ready for the excuses again as you look forward to your great recruiting classes and 2016?

I think TN will go 5-3 in the SEC next year.

Losses @Missouri, @Bama and @UF.

Wins - UGA, Ark, @UK, Vandy and SCjr.

Will that win the East? maybe.

The Vols have another tough schedule in 2015. Oklahoma at home, away @MO, Bama, and Florida. Get UGA and Arky at home. Should beat UK, Vandy, SC. I'll take them to go 4-4 in SEC 7-5 overall, although 5-3 and 8-4 is definitely doable.

I see the defense taking a big step backward without AJ.

No truer words said. Winning the SEC East is like winning the JV title. Right now the real competition is all in the SEC West

Is Missouri going to have a better offense next year? Looking at the schedule it will be pretty much determined if Missouri has a shot at winning their division by the end of Oct.

Nothing against Missouri, but I have my doubts for winning the division for the 3rd year in a row.

I would go into the season thinking TN will be 5-3 in conference play as long as the skill talent is continuing to develop.

They aren't going to be dominant enough on the OL to do much better then 5-3.
