Where I disagree though is it definitely wasn’t just for Skenes.

Where did I say that only skenes got calls in his favor?

Just keep posting your clown takes on multiple boards. I’ll keep pointing them out and laughing at you.

Oh, so you can’t point out anything that I posted that’s incorrect. You’re just being a pussy. Good deal.

For the 2nd time, Skenes averaged over 16 Ks per 9 innings with a tight SEC strike zone.

Saying he “should have had” fewer than 12 Ks in 7 1/3 is beyond ignorant.

Or learn how to decipher context… look what I replied to. Skenes benefited from a wide zone, so it could have easily been fewer Ks if the zone wasn’t so wide.

Skenes k’d 12 in 7 against UT the first game. He must have been screwed that game too huh.

No one will remember those “two strikes” they replayed that weren’t over the plate lol

Yeah, and I’m simply telling you that a wide zone doesn’t matter with Skenes. He’s been striking guys out at a literal historic pace all season, and he’s been doing it with a notoriously tight zone that was implemented by the SEC.

His swing and Miss rates are off the charts.

You do realize this supports my stance, not yours, correct?

You seem quite slow so I’m guessing not.

Skenes is an amazing pitcher and that goes without saying but that doesn’t take away from tonight and the ump was a joke.

He was bad both ways. It cancels out. Skenes should have had at least 3 more Ks

My stance is that the umpire sucked. That simple. Are you fricking dumb?

Don’t answer, we already know, you’re from Louisiana.

Sure, but it wasn’t a wide zone. It was an overly inconsistent one, which doesn’t really make it easier on anyone, including pitchers. Which is what your entire claim is.

The smartest ones definitely paint with broad brushes.

Clown.

Counting yourself in that number is quite presumptive scooter.

You clearly have an IQ that hovers right around room temp.

Goat college pitcher but let’s see how he does in the MLB. I’m not gonna appoint him crown heir just yet
Certainly one of the best all around that I've seen. However, Strasburg had similar numbers and was throwing close to 100 when everyone else was hitting high 80s. Almost all pitchers now a days are mid to upper 90s.
But aside from having incredible ability to throw hard with control, his mental toughness and demeanor sets him apart from most. Maybe it's because I haven't seen anyone really get to him and he might totally melt if they did. But I haven't seen anyone that could. MLB might be different but I doubt it.
