Remember that this negative speculation is about something that he is UNABLE TO CONTROL (more than simple hydration issues) before you make comments on his CHARACTER.

Take the High Road boys.

You Bama fans wonder why people come in here and laugh when Julio breaks his hand (which is classless, by the way). If only Peterson knew bananas prevented cramps. Thank you Rebeltider for your contribution.

You laugh when someone actually gets injured? What a dick.

are you trying to be funny or are you just confused? I called making fun of injuries classless.

I haven't made fun of JJ for getting hurt but other people have. Bama fans get mad about it (because it's ridiculous to laugh at an injured player) but they constantly make fun of PP for something he can't help.

Is this that hard to understand?

I think he was saying you were right. FWIW

BTW - Suggesting a banana sandwich is not really making fun of someone. IMO

Also, this thread was started by an LSU fan.

you're right. I'm an idiot. thought he replied to me. I'll blame it on lack of sleep due to having a newborn.

Pretty sure this got discussed on the call in show after the game and they said it doesn't appear to be a hydration issue but more like a nerve issue. Said that he gets so worked up they are sending him into the locker room to relax for a series. Also said that they over-hydrated him in the WVU game and he had to go into the locker room to use the bathroom. This was straight from the 98.1 call in show.

too in shape? first ive heard of that. doesnt even seem logical.

Its BS. Hard to gauge BF%; but Peterson looks no more ripped than hundreds of other skill-position players. For low body-fat to actually cause continual cramping he would need to be at a more or less unsustainable (ie: bodybuilder level) percentage.

Prince Amukamara is much better than PP. He'll be the first DB drafted

This. The 'body fat is to low' is really only true in women athletes. It doesn't happen in male athletes. PP7 is probably around 8-9% bodyfat, just like the other workout warriors in the nation.

There are disorders that cause cramping, but if that's his case then his NFL career will be short.

I do wonder if he is hyper in pregame, jumping around, yelling, etc. burning energy needlessly...
