"If he had a better situation at Miami"?? He took the job only because he was given complete control over the whole team; check book included. Or are you saying he would have done better with the Pats or Pack? And don't forget, he blamed the team doctor for the Fins not taking Brees, when, in fact, he had complete & final sayso over everything to do with the team. A great coach? Certainly. But do not make him out to be a god: he lost to ULLLLM & lost too many last play of the game type games as well. If I am recalling this correctly, his record in games decided by 7 points or less is a losing one? In which case, those are the games that coaching is supposed to decide the winner more often than not.

Exactly. No one ever calls out his flaws. All you Bama fans say," Saban made LSU." while he did bring us to an elite level, he lost 3 games a year , except once. In 2010, he ha the entire 2011 defense, a first round rb, wr, de, and a senior qb whom ha already won a title, AND HE LOST 3 games ( all to teams with LESS talent) and no one wee brings it up. He is a great defensive coach and recruiter but his biggest flaw is thy once he gets a lead, he calls off the dogs and it's. Come back to bite him more than once and has ALMOST cost him numerous times.

Bama is the all-time greates program and its not debatable any more.

Depends on criteria used. Winning%, number of wins, Heisman and other such type award winners, Players placed in NFL (indicating talent level while in college), etc. Off the top of my head I think the edge UA has is a very slight winning% (#6 to #7), games won (#7 to #9) and NC's (9 to 6). Regarding #1's what's nationally accepted should be used, not the local fanbase.

Bama is the best program of all time because their fans say so. Dont you know, reality means nothing to them? If you state facts, it means you're mad Bruh.

Recruiter

That's not a shot at his coaching ability, either.

Well, the debate is obviously debatable. I'm not sure where this "there is no debate" comes from.

I think Bama is the best program in the SEC right now. The last 4 years have been great and they have lost only a handful of games in that time, but they rent on some other level. They only have one SEC title in that time span and it just proves how tough our conf is. Even with the SEC being down last year, we were still the best. Regardless what Bama fans say and think, they aren't on some other level , program wise , than some other programs in the sec.

You was so good that you didn't score a single point and didn't break 100 yards in the NCG.

Just on Nov.5th , once Bama got to LSU's 30 yard line, your yardage for the entire game was -24 yards and you went backwards 12 yards in OT too.
