Is LSU the team to beat in the SEC?

It's hard to say that until they can beat Alabama. It sure looks like they are the most complete team.

Right now it would be one hell of a shootout between Fromm and Burrow. But UGA has that NFL OL and RB combo. So there you go. Whoever's D steps to the front would be the winner.

Defense is loaded but until they get it together this D will cost them some games. Offense is legit.

Hardly the most complete team. Have they changed the perception of their offense? Absolutely. The D has shown some opportunities though they have studs all over the field so while it’s an concern, it’s small.
And I still vouch they need to be more balanced but I’m sure I’ll get raked over the coals again for saying it. But the rushing stats vs. NWST didn’t look like anything to write home about either.
Another night of Burrow with video game numbers. Will be interesting to see the dynamic vs BAMA. Will it look like a Big XII game or the SEC?

As an LSU fan I agree with this.
The SEC champs are always the team to beat until they are dethroned.
Same way with Clemson in the National Championship.
