Seems like the young lady is merciful and hasn't filed charges. Her choice as it should be. So, I'm going to say he's probably not in jail but I am hopeful he gets suspended for at least 2 games (full games -- no half bs).

Bama boosters or Saban would just post his bail or Bama lawyers would be proving they ran into his fist and hurt him. It they didn't do anything to the thugs Saban sent to LSU in the car for the drug run with stolen guns then he has nothing to worry about.
