Quote: If LSU goes back to last years QB rotation, they will either lose to Arky or have the game be way closer than needed. Offense is completely different with JJ at the helm.

This is exactly what we are scared of happening if JJ keeps starting. The offense is just non-existent with him as the leader!

Without JJ, we don't get those 98 yards in the 2nd half against Bama.

Les was setting up other teams. For example JL ran and option and scrambled for a 15 yard run. JJ was throwing the ball all over the field. Les is "very calculated" as the announcers were stating last night. Typical Les.

Create some game film to make them think.

no lee isn't hurt, les did cause the rant meltdown over the qb though

nothing wrong with giving jj a bone for leading us to a win in a game that lee was going to cause us to lose in. I doubt he planned on waiting till the 4th to get lee the ball but we honestly didn't have many possessions in the first half. OBJ fumbled away one and our d was letting them get first down after first down while wku was milking the clock. I dont think they ever snapped the ball before 5 seconds left. If our d would have pulled their heads out of their asses and made some stops and forced 3 and outs and turnovers then we would have seen lee in the first quarter and much more of lee. as it was though our d let lee down.

it makes complete sense. We are not a predictable as we were before. Get it?

I agree he was vital in beating Bama. But this is a team that was scoring 39 points a game with lee and was dead for what seemed like most of the game last night with JJ

I will never believe that LSU would have scored less than a TD in regulation if Lee had not been taken out after a single fricking interception. Sorry. It was bullshite.

the offense wasn't the problem last night. im not sure why the hell the rant thinks this. The o was just fricking fine, the d and odell were the problem in us not blowing them out sooner. If the d did its job the o would have been rolling.

People need to have a little more faith in the team. JJ has played much better this year. I was all over the jj hate train earlier in the year but the kid has proved me wrong. He has went from horrible last year to doing what he needs to do this year. I do think lee starts vs ole miss but if he doesn't oh well we are still going to win out as long as our d does its job. The o will put up points no matter who is the qb.

I honestly believe he was waiting for a reason to pull Lee as the starter. He never had justification before the Bama game! Just my two cents.

well when lee got back in he threw a 2nd pick. I think he was rattled after the late hit by upshaw. Les pulling him right after might have hurt him but lee needs to be tougher by now. You make 2 huge mental mistakes vs bama and it really hurts the team. his 2nd was fricking killer giving them the ball so close and JJ played good against bama. He played alright last night for what was a weird game.

I agree with this, but what we've just seen in the past two weeks has completely validated the obvious truth that Miles has completely fricked up this situation from the start, and is still fricking it up.

I guess we'll just win the NC anyway, like I always knew we could ... but it still smells like doodoo.

I've been one of Miles biggest cheerleaders through all the bad times, but he's lost a lot of respect from me this year that he'll never get back.

yes les miles was just looking for a reason to do something. les doesn't need a reason to pull lee, if he wanted he could have just put jj back in. If lee starts vs ole miss this all goes away, its much ado over nothing.

After an hour? After just losing his starting job? What coach in his right mind makes that move on any level?

we beat bama that is all that matters to me. Im not sure lee would have beat bama by himself. As I said i think that hit rattled him. After the big hit the got happy feet and rushed on that next series that lead to the int. Miles saw it coming apart switched it up and kept us in the ball game, also we should have scored a td on that last drive of the half but rr decided to drop a perfect fricking pass from jj. The kid pump faked the bama d and put the ball in the only spot he could and his best wr choked. If rr catches that ball i think we pull away from bama. He didn't and everyone tightened up and we settled for keeping it close and letting bama make the mistake. I think it was a good call considering if bama gets a td off a stupid mistake by us that stadium explodes and that would be bad news. Lee almost let it happen. So nothing wrong with JJ getting a bone this week, especially if lee skipped class. All in all i think les made the right call in the bama game because lee was done after that hit, then last night he did the right thing but the d let him down causing this qb debate.

I understand that the turnover by OBJ fricked us and the D was flat, for lack of a better term. The O just looked mediocre at best when they did have the ball. JJ does look light years better than he did last year throwing the ball but I think it should be Lee`s job and JJ in as a change of pace. I Want JJ to do good. I route for the Tigers after all not just a particular player, I just think he got disrespected a little.

he didn't lose his starting job with the first pick. I will stand by that les made the right call because we won the bama game. Lee looked rattled before his first pick. I hope lee starts vs ole miss because im tired of seeing the qb debate stuff

Id like it to be like how it was before with Lee the starter and jj the change of pace that was working. I do think we go back to it this week so im not going to freak out about last night. I think we ran last night as a practice type deal, jj was running lees plays, lee ran jjs plays. we never tried to establish a drive against wku. we tried to hit homeruns all night just to do it. I honestly think if our d plays like they should have and our o had the ball alot more the snaps would have been pretty even and it would have just went down as jj getting a bone for leading us to the win vs bama. Ive been off the miles bandwagon till this year but its pretty clear he knows what he is doing as we are undefeated and have looked much much better this year. Last night was just weird being so flat and wku basically playing keep away from us.

If your playing a team that can pass the ball, who do you want playing Lee or JJ?

Maybe it was just an experiment game to see what JJ could do throwing more. Hopefully they get back to kicking arse next week and go all the way! This team is something special that I haven`t seen and hope they keep plugging along!
