No...i think 3 future NFL RBs with recruits at a program where you've been for 10 years should be enough to win the West. Rather, we couldn't win because we had 1 capable WR and did not have a QB who could throw more than a 5 yd flat route to Hillis.

I'll take 5th place everyday of the week over losing to Jax St., Vandy, and only winning 1 conference game. Don't act like OM fans don't run their mouth about every little thing they do.
For example, the tweet last week about the state's top recruiting class reporting. You may have been tops in the state, but what was the ranking nationally (19th on Rivals)? I would much rather brag about bowl victories and a #15 ranking than in state recruiting championships. Not flaming, just pointing out the facts. I will say no more on the subject.

Also, Ole Miss was the only school in the West to finish unranked last year. Ole Miss is the only school to start this season unranked. Let that sink in real good.

Since we are reaching, let's look at Nutt's 1st 2 seasons since we are looking at Mullen's 1st 2 seasons.
vs. Alabama 0-2
vs. Arkansas 2-0
vs. Auburn 1-1
vs. LSU 2-0
vs. State 1-1
That would be 6-4 compared to Mullen's 2-8.

God dammit I do hate a cowbell. However, if someone told me I had to pick between Mullen and Nutt as coach, I'd pick Mullen every single time. If I had to choose who would finish with a better ranking or record between Ole Miss and Miss St, I'd pick Miss St. If I were betting money on Ole Miss vs. Miss St, I'd pick Miss St.
