If we would have had a helmet to helmet hit like against Onterio in the LSU game, there would have been thread upon thread about how Auburn is dirty and we tried to end ______'s career. Auburn coaches helmet to helmet hits.

I mean, Onterio was the only spark on offense for Auburn on Saturday. It was only a coincidence that he had to endure the cheapest and the dirtiest hit in the game.

Seriously? A fan of chop block U is going to bitch about a perceived dirty hit? Take your arse kicking like a man.

You fail to recognize the maturity of this team. Look at the 2 deep @ AU, compare it to bama.

FIFY.

And no, I will not go back and check. I believe you really are just that dumb and require no further convincing.

It wasn't "perceived." I was illustrating the fact that Auburn doesn't refer to LSU as helmettohelmet U because of one dirty play.

ETA- I recognize and acknowledge said arse kicking. I took it like a man, on my couch, cussing the TV. I watched every play, twice. I finally deleted that debacle last night.

Are you referring to LSU? Last I checked they are chopblock U.

A funny thing happens when you lose over 30 upperclassmen in a single year. Really an odd thing and as crazy as it seems, every now and then you are not quite as good the following year.

It appears to be confounding enough to have given a lot of people fits in this thread causing mass rampant stupidity.

I don't know, I think it sounds like a legitimate reason to fire the entire coaching staff.

From undefeated BCS champs to nearly losing season opener to Utah St and then getting embarrassed 45-10...yep, not quite as good. Nothing like blind fandom.

Also, shouldn't consistent recruiting prevent the problem you speak of?

They have almost as many returning starters on the offensive line as AU had on its whole team.

It should, but that is the problem. We had 2 bad years back to back in recruiting.

Damn you're dumb. We will probably win 8 games this year. Same as LSU in 2008 after their BSCNC.

And as for the depth chart comparison you are probably too dumb to look up...

LSU has 16 seniors on the two deep.

AU has 5.

Exactly. Glad someone from Auburn can admit there's a problem.

sounds like we are on our way to an 8-5 season after winning a BCST...such shame.

That year LSU beat a highly ranked Auburn team on the road if I remember correctly. Also lost to #1 Bama in OT. You have to look a little deeper than just W's and L's to really see if your team is on the right track or not.

No, you actually beat a 5-7 AU team, not a highly ranked team on the road.

Yeah, the worst team in over a decade that beat MSU 3-2 and got the whole staff fired. And AU even led most of that game.
