Serious question. Since they can't beat a Big 10 team can they really be considered SEC quality?

They are the SEC's version of Texas A&M ...

wow, you know what we were nervous about a game we have not played in for 30 years. I think the experience for our team was good but we should have won the game and if Mallett had not thrown that interception then we win. However, we were nervous and I knew that would happen which is why I wished we had gone to the Capital 1 bowl this year. I think we will be good next season though and when we get to the big stage again.

i know it's popular on this board to make fun of Arkansas... but they're a real SEC team... they're not fricking vandy... they're not fricking kentucky.. they're real football.
they were in the sugar bowl against ohio state. that's respectable.
don't pretend to be asking a "real" question when you're not... especially if you don't wanna get called out for being a dumbass.

I've always respected Arky football. The one fan I know is a great guy.

we are competitive. In Arkansas football or in any of our sports now a day. You prepare for the worst but hope for the best. When you have to call certain game winning plays against LSU, miracles? then you know you are not the most talented team around.

I'd say we're pretty much a real SEC team seein' as how we get the same share of the money as the rest of the SEC teams.
