Bama - 2 SEC titles.

Eveyone else - 1 or fewe

4 years is a great barometer...

2 SEC Titles, same as Tennessee in the 90s

The only argument, someone legitimate IMO, against Bama is they shouldnt have had the chance to play for the title in 2011, which would obviously put a huge damper on the dynasty

They have lost at home each of the last 2 years, which is interesting in it's own right

I think they are dynasty material; everyone needs some help once in a while

You keep saying this as if it means anything

You should probably scurry back to the rant. You can tell them all how you got those dirty Bama fans good. We wont follow you to tell them the truth.

Well, I see you aren't a total retard. Just a troll....

Carry on with your shite then, and see if you get anyone to support your assertions.

Well because the other team lost on the road and had a better schedule, and managed to score more than 6 points in every home game I'd guess

The media absolutely gifted Bama the shot to go to that NCG. I've said this before. Bama was the BEST team in 2011, but they didn't deserve to play for the title. They lost at home, didn't win their conference or their division, and ESPN propelled them to the spot

As I said, they were the best team, just not deserving IMO

If you're using conference championships as the indicater, would the first one for a proposed team be a good place to start?

You know you are on the wrong side of an argument about Bama when the Auburn fans disagree with you.

Everyone has their own right to apply a term as they see fit, but if you arent going to back up your application of the term in a debate with legitimate criteria and facts, then refute all opposition, it makes you look childish.

I am just waiting on some actual criteria or comparisons, not just naming who you think is a dynasty without saying why

I'll consider Alabama a dynasty when they begin to dominate the SEC, similar to Oklahoma in the Big XII over the last decade

Oklahoma (2002-2012) conference record: 73-17 (.811)
Alabama (2008-2012) conference record: 35-5 (.875)

Teams that lose to under 500 teams dont deserve to play for a championship

You know who should have gotten in over you.

How can Bama fans really argue this? You put their schedules side by side and it isn't even a debate. It's been 2 years, just admit the media got you into the game, and once there, your team took care of business, and has the crystal to prove it

NO, the word dynasty doesn't begin to encompass The Tide's greatness.

Agreed. One played an SEC schedule, obliterated 11 teams, and lost to the #1 team in overtime.

The other played a shitty Big 12 schedule, had several close games, and lost to a .500 Iowa State team.

No debate whatsoever.

Clearly losing to Iowa state is more respectable than losing to LSU.
