Breathe easy, AU fans. I was just told the story isn't expected until tomorrow. It will be ESPN, and it will be Joe Schad. There is considerably less concern on the Plains now than there was yesterday for two reasons: 1) ESPN, 2)Joe Schad.

How can the NCAA be mad at Auburn? I mean they are the ones that allowed to whole he ineligable for one day then reinstated thing. The NCAA has NOTHING to be mad at AU about. They could have investigated every possible lead. They chose not to so that is on them. For them to have an open grudge against a member institution that has the kind of compliance and legal resources AU does is very close to corporate suicide.

Exactly. If the NCAA were this concerned over Cam Newton they would have kept the investigation open.
