The SEC put together a 22 page document with all the scenarios and how it would work. Going to need a good bottle of Rye to get through all those scenarios.

It really is more an argument to go back to pre-1992 Conf Champ rules and end the game.
It is pointless for P4 programs. SOS is higher.
It is why regular season Champs > conf tourney Champs in shooty hoops and baseball.
It is strategic to not play in a CCG.

Get rid of the game. Means next to nothing now. Last year it meant getting a first round bye which turned out to be a loss for all teams with a bye last year. Make the playoffs 16 teams or shrink it to 8 (8 won’t happen).

SEC champion likely gets a first round bye in playoffS, a good trade off for playing in Atlanta.

Declare the SECCG meaningless is just don't play it.
