Title IX cannot be expanded to EEOC rules of anti-discrimination? Equal pay for equal work right?

If a company values an endorsement from a female college athlete as much as they value the endorsement of a celebrated male athlete, she'll get paid. Otherwise she won't. Just like in the real world.

Title IX- No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

This isn't about an education program. It's about capitalism.
