He had 8 passing TDs the entire year. If he was doing those rushes on top of 20+ passes a year, I would agree with you.
Again, the Patriots offense have more total TD's this year than last year, and the season isn't over yet.

It's not silly at all when the QB has 8 TD's and 10 Int's for their passing stats on the year. That's on average 1 TD pass every other game.
You can't be a duel threat QB if you aren't a threat in the air. And being a threat in the air is the #1 job of every QB at the NFL level.
