I actually see it as a helpful setting for teams to prepare for an Omaha trip. If you can figure out a way to win 5 games in SEC tourney play, you can figure it out in Omaha.
Play games at a neutral site against the best competition and figure out a way to survive.
I think it not only helps the players but it’s helps the coaches as well.

The funny thing about it is how non-caring the LSU players are. They have stated several times they don't even know who they are playing till they get to the ballpark. And the coaches don't even make a line-up till just minutes before they have to because they haven't thought about it. And that when they act excited at the games, they are just acting. WOW!
Uh. Wut?

My favorite play in Omaha is when Morgan stole the bunt away from wake Forrest.
What’s yours?

There you go, that’s what I’m talking about. That was a heck of a play that I remember that was very instrumental in winning the game. Why don’t we see those replays repeatedly like we do the pop fly debacle? We know that happened and lord knows anyone on here knows but who remembers that great play that kid made?
Y’all beat negative things to death but ignore the positive. But you know who you are and what’s important to you I guess. Carry on.

Some teams blew off the regular season and need the wins. Good for them

LSU leads the League with 12 tourney titles & 7 National Championships: a coincidence?

Everything in 1st 2 innings(CWS PTSD replay!;) w Hagen looking sick in the dugout showed me a Championship team playing what they were told was a meaningless game. & lucky no one got hurt.

Sweep says different.
Along w 2 other recent CWS winners’ series wins.
DVH has a championship team playing a meaningless game.
bad juju there. Makes Baseball Gods angry.

Y'all cared about it a lot last year when you actually managed to beat the Tigers.

My favorite memories are listening to Morris hit a walk off to win while sitting in an auditorium on LSU's campus for drivers ed and then watching the dreadlocks of doom make his way to the mound from the outfield. There's plenty more but those will always stick with me.
