It doesn't give me sinus problems, but the cooler it is, the better I sleep. If I could get away with it, I wouldn't turn the heat on at all.

I don't sleep with the heater on unless it's freezing outside, then I set it on about 55. I sleep with a huge comforter and a heated blanket. I'll turn the heater on during the day.

Just to be clear - there's a difference between orange auburn - I think auburn hair can be pretty on the right person.

Sounds like me. There have been nights when I did. It's awesome, but a bitch to get out of bed in the morning.

This is me too. I'd rather have the room cold and sleep under a down comforter. But I do have to have the heat on in the winters here.
I also need to have air moving when I sleep - I usually have a fan on even in the winter.

Louisiana winters are a little different. I remember a couple of years ago it got below 20 and some roads froze over. You would have thought a foot of snow fell overnight.
It's the perfect kind of cold down here.
