I think i need to get some gel inserts for my shoes
I use to always have them when i played baskeball in high school but i don't wear regular shoes other than working out anymore so i stopped getting them.

My track coach was also my DB coach and he convinced me I needed to do it. Our colors were maroon and white. I looked like a god damn starburst running cross country

I should have done that, but I was young(er) and stupid and just sucked it up pain-wise. Paying the price now cuz my ankles are weak as hell. Throw in a torn meniscus I still haven't had surgery on and I'm wearing 3 braces just to jog
