If the gun belonged to Miles, where's the argument? I thought conservatives supported private property rights?

I’m sorry, you’re interpreting jibberish to mean Miller took a gun he owned to a guy who was going to shoot someone who made a statement about wanting something that wasn’t Miller’s?

I feel like you're in a cult to have your head that far in the sand.

Because there are additional laws with how you plan or know how someone plans to use it.

What does that text message mean to you?

It means he asked Miller to bring him his gun because he felt threatened by someone. There's nothing wrong with Miller then doing that. He didn't even hand Miles the gun. Miles pulled it out of his car.

And apparently they can't even say that Miller witnessed the shooting, so he wasn't even around when that happened.

Who the gun belonged has no bearing on the decision to deliver it to what Miller knew to be the scene of a drunken confrontation. If you had done it you would be sitting in jail until trial because I doubt if your mama's boyfriend's double-wide would cover the property bond.

Making some pretty big assumptions here. He wasn't with them at the bar so he had no idea how much they'd had to drink.

There is nothing wrong with bringing someone their property when they ask you for it, which is why Miller won't be catching a charge for this.

Miles had plenty of time to stroll to the car and get the gun. This is not self-defense in a legal sense.

So if I bring a friend his firearm and he uses it in self defense, I get charged? Good to know.

At 1 am as well.

He also didn't block them in with his car. Brandon is just a bad driver and can't park worth a shite.
