I hooked my lil brother in the side of the head once when we were saltwater fishing. I felt really bad...we were 37 miles out in the gulf.

Its a cool gig. Ups and downs. I may be the only Industrial Engineering major with 15 years experience who is guiding for bass. LOL
Lake Lanier is 40,000 acres. Pretty big lake.

Not one upping at all, just sharing, that reminds me of my sister leaving a sewing needle threaded up in the couch cushion when we were teenagers. I went to steal the remote to watch TV after she got up for a sec. I pushed that needle through the middle of my hand. Pulling that out with plyers was fun. The head was just barely sticking out.

It was funny as shite. He super glued his eyelashes shut when he was a toddler, so I'm sure it wasn't the worst pain he had ever experienced. The bait (some kind of chopped up dead fish) was still on it, and that was the nasty part.

Ya'll old enough to remember the commercial where the guy crack an egg in a skillet and says, "This is your brain on drugs." I don't know why that came to mind but it did.
