to all win their early season SEC matchups. Anybody else feel the same way?

Yep. I picked most those teams in the pickem contest.
I figure if those teams win, I'm happy, and if not I'm already sunk in the contest and no reason to even pick more after week one.
ETA: except TCU of course.

I'm rooting for Alabama to win our early season matchup. I don't really care all that much about the rest, though outside of Auburn I'd probably prefer the conference teams win.

I also picked BYU over LSU I think.

I always pull for the conference.

I really want the SEC to outperform other conferences out of convenience for my team's SOS.

That's because you are retarded and don't see the benefit of a strong SEC.

Bama doesn't need to worry about SOS. That's silly.

Other than Auburn and Tennessee I usually root for SEC teams against other power 5 schools.
Against group of 5 schools, I'll root against SEC teams.

I don't care, I just want to see it all burn. If LSU goes undefeated we will be in the playoffs. If not, who cares?

If all of those teams win, it would be a huge detriment to the conference, LSU included. Face it, Alabama currently is the only team who does not need a strength of conference merit to get into the playoffs. LSU most certainly does need a strong SEC.
If it comes down to a conference champ LSU or conference champ, say, Washington, LSU is not guaranteed anything in your wishful scenario.

Miss St was ranked #1 a few years ago for 5 weeks.

What did Tennessee do? :(

What a huge douchenozzle.

How'd they do in their bowl game that year?

My point is that getting into the top four of the BCS is very doable. SOS is not as big a factor as what's his face thinks it is.
