If you like lifting, you should do circuit training. You will burn SOOOOOO many calories doing that. It will make you feel like a pussy though. I've started doing circuits for only one area of the body per session. Like, the other night was chest night. The first set I only benched 115 at 15 reps, then I immediately went and did 15 pushups, followed immediately by push press at 75 lbs, 10 reps (I wanted 15 but was already too tired), followed by inclined dumbbell press. I think I got 10 reps with 25 lb dumbbells. I know those are low numbers, but keep in mind I went straight from one exercise to the other without a break, and they were all chest exercises. I took a 60 second break, and started the second set. The second time around I only got 5 reps on the bench, 6 pushups, and 5 push press reps. I don't even remember what I did on incline DB press. It will absolutely kill you at first. I'm just starting back, so I'm really raw right now.

Thanks for the advice, but this is what I don't need to do...
My metabolism is so high right now, and has been since I was 13, that I can eat anything and never gain weight. I could literally eat all day for 3 weeks and never gain a pound.
I want to gain weight, but I want to gain muscle at the same time by doing pushups/bench press and curls...
If any of that makes sense.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense, actually.
1. Eat a lot and take in a lot of protein.
2. Do workouts with heavier weight and lower reps. Like, 5-8 reps. Instead of going straight to another exercise, take a 60 second break, and do the same exercise again. If you thought the first set was fairly easy, add more weight. Just don't take too long of a break between sets, and by too long, I'm talking 2 or 3 minutes.

I hate, hate being left out. Whether it's not being picked for a team... or being picked for a team and then showing up and realizing the team doesn't exist. Or that the sport doesn't exist! I should've known. "Poop ball?"
