So Morgan was suspened for two game for something that could have ended very badly for someone, right? I mean....boats, water, druke, no brakes, crash, etc. kinda make me feel like they were a little harsh on the kid.

Yeah, Hill was suspended and it was actually more than half since it was for 5 quarters. Should Hill's have been worse because he punched someone that was drunk and looked like he had already been in a fight? Could have been and i guess the outcome could have been the same for both Morgan and Hill because honestly, someone could have gotten seriously injured. But more likely had something happened with Morgan and his baoting, someone could have gotten killed.

As far as Hill's issues prior to coming to LSU, I don't have police reports or anything to go off of but if it was as everyone outside LSU says, then why aren't the parents of the victim on every news station and TV show screaming the monster should be in jail?

For Mett, yes, UGA sent him packing and he's done what he has to go get where he is. I think he's proved himself and corrected any issues that got him dismissed from UGA.

Not LSU or UGS related but i have a feeling that if JFF were at LSU, Miles would have sat him for more than 1/2 a quarter. And did't JFF get drunk and whip an old mans arse??

i'll tell you why....because it was the girls idea. Was it bad judgement for a senior to get a bj from a freshman? probably. but if this incident would've happened just a few weeks earlier we wouldn't be having this conversation.

FWIW, Jeremy Hill's oral battery charge happened while he was still in high school. LSU stopped recruiting him in his senior year because of this, and he actually had to sit out a year and do recruiting process over because of it.

The "fight" earlier this year amounted to exactly ONE (1) punch, thrown at a drunken frat boy who had egged Hill on.
Ironically, the frat boy was not even fazed - he got right back up after "the punch" and started up again! (of course, this was NEEEEEEVER brought out in the media or in the courts).

Hill paid for it by sitting out the spring, paying the legal fees, perform several hundred hours of community service, and is essentially bound to school and the practice field for an extended period.

Also, Hill gives very intelligent, unassuming, humble, and very coherent interviews, which I'm sure he'll be doing plenty of this year.......
