I notice we are only talking about the games Alabama played. For some reason Tennessee fans can't bring up all the great games they won outside Alabama for their argument.
I didnt say Tennessee had won other great games you fricking idiot. I said that Bama only has one better win than Tennessee and that doesnt warrant an 8 spot differential in the rankings, especially when Tennessee beat Bama by 16 points.
You are so dumb

Shouldn’t you just be happy because it means win or lose you’ll be doing it against a top 5 team?
Isn’t that what I literally said ? I’m glad bama is overrated at 5

But he was actually injured.
Still played.
Do you think the game should be treated as if he didn't play or something?

Is funny you keep citing F+ when they have LSU rated #4 yet you keep using this same ranking system to justify why LSU is ranked so far below Alabama

I was thinking the same thing.
F+ is the Bible, when it works for his argument.

You said Alabama beat State before he was injured. I was simply correcting your erroneous statement.

F+ is power ratings. It's why you are predicted to win out and finish 10-2 on the year. In my predicted end of season rankings LSU is #5 and Alabama is #12.
Which would put 4 SEC teams in the playoffs.
Georgia, LSU, Texas and Alabama.
I use the F+ power rankings to measure team strength when rating the value of wins, and to predict the games. Basically, F+ tells my rankings how good a team is. A win over LSU is a very good win. A loss to LSU doesn't hurt a team as much as other teams. Because of that ranking.
LSU for the same reason gets punished for losing to Kentucky who is seen as #25 team.

He played, my statement is correct. He was hurt, not injured. Apparently it got worse as time went on or whatever.

Lsu has lost to every ranked team they've played. The confidence is pretty funny

Advanced metrics which are opponent adjusted and take out garbage time stats disagree.
I trust them more than I trust you.

"Hurt" is a synonym of "injured".
The fact that you simply can't admit you were wrong on something this dumb and easily proven is hilarious. But not shocking.
Do you think the term "injury" means the player had to have missed gametime or something?

I guess you don't get or understand the old school saying, because what I said was commonly said back in the day.
I just put it into AI rather than type it out. Here you go:
In sports culture, the saying "hurt, not injured" refers to the old-school distinction between pushing through pain versus dealing with a structural or season-ending medical issue.
• Hurt: Means you are dealing with soreness, bruising, a minor strain, or general discomfort, and you can still perform or play through it safely.
• Injured: Means a bone, ligament, or joint has suffered a significant structural break, tear, or impairment that genuinely sidelines you.

I'm just using the words, as they're meant, for what they mean. Regardless of your excuses, Taylor actually was injured when you faced him.

LSU’s track record against Bama says otherwise

Oh, now look who can't admit when they are wrong.
And now it's somehow my fault you didn't understand a common sports phrase and what it meant.
Did you play any sports as a kid?

"Playing through injury" is a pretty common phrase that I heard.

I didn't use it and you didn't cry about it not having meaning.
