The guy gets a sturdy athletic QB and it's a wrap... those guys are a dime a dozen in Fl/GA/AL/MS. UF's defense will probably be top third.

The Jawga dawgs better enjoy their little run.. UF will be back sooner than y'all think.

Not worried

The past two recruiting cycles, these are the total amount of players signed in the Rivals SEC top 20 the past two years.

Georgia 16
Alabama 12
LSU 6
Auburn 2
Kentucky 1
Tennessee 1
Ole Miss 1
MSU 1
Florida 0

A good mobile QB will not be good enough for him rule the east but he could compete. If he gets a good true dual threat QB like Tebow/Newton/Prescott And improves the talent on the team then he will rule the east .

QB run left or right 70% of the time still won't work against UGA or Bama.

He may have run one off to Ole Miss that could've helped him. Of course that kid may have saved his career as well.

He has coached all 3 of those guys in the last 10 years . If it wasn’t for him leaving UF and Cam being kicked off the team he would have had 2 of those guys for 5 of his first 6 years at UF as the OC. You act like he can’t get those guys to play for him .

Mullen has proven to do more with less. QB is the key to any SEC Team, Mullen will have a good QB.

No I’m saying those kind of guys don’t come around that often. You think someone equal to those guys will pop in two or three years at Florida?

With Richt at Miami, Smart at UGA, Saban at Bama, Dabo at Clemson... all taking what they want from Florida... Mullen is going to fight with Meyer and Harbaugh and Franklin for the leftovers and have the same second-tier recruits he had at Mississippi State.

If Mullen was known as a hot-shot recruiter, that'd be one thing. But he's not.
