Most likely injury from what saban has let drop is a pcl sprain, or like a mild meniscus tear that causes some pain but doesn't threaten to get worse. Quad injury was most likely just a Charlie horse or at worst a muscle bruise. You don't throw a guy on ac stationary bike if there is any indication of another knee injury

Except that it’s a team sport and Coach Saban said he needs the rest of the team to play better to protect Tua, and also, what message is he sending the rest of the team by sitting a player. He also is the master at keeping his team up for even the easy wins if he sits Tua, it implies the team doesn’t have to play as hard against the opponent.
