pass defense stats are irrelevant for SEC teams. when there's 1 maybe two teams that are effective passing offenses, everyone is going to have an inflated ranking.

I can't agree with this. Predicting UT to beat Arky is about as ridiculous picking Arky to beat LSU. Terrible matchup and terribly out manned.

Our Pass D was pretty strong last season too, it's our run D that has been suspect.

TN pass D is something like 17th in the nation. When people can run the ball effortlessly on you, or you play offenses that primarily run the ball.

I think the biggest upset will be when the might Hill Toppers kick up a storm in red stick.
LSU's passing offense is 102nd in the country...total lack of a passing game. WKU's pass efficiency defense is 49th in the nation. I bet you guys will get shutout in your own stadium.
While we are at it, LSU allowed 111 yards on the ground to a Tennessee team that averages just 86 a game for nearly dead last in the country. HORRIBLE run defense. WKU average 162, following the progression from Tennessee they should get well over 200 against LSU.
That is how this game works, right?

Arkansas's defense is slowly but surely showing more signs of life. There is absolutely no reason Tennessee should score over 10, much less win. If they control the ball and get 400 yards or some shite I'll be disgusted with our defense. Time for them to start dominating weak offenses like UT's.
