Not football at the college level, no. But he asked me “What are you a champion of?” I was an All-State member of a state championship sports team and competed on scholarship at the college level against Alabama, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Auburn, Georgia, Vandy and other SEC teams. Also coached multiple HS athletes to D1 scholarships. More than most on this board have done, I’m willing to bet. Not that it’s any big deal, but he asked.

Truth be told, while I hate losing to Bama, I REALLY hate losing to Florida worse and they aren't even in the West. I also hate losing to A&M more than I hate losing to Alabama. At least Bama fans are justified talking smack. Aggie fans aren't but it doesn't seem to stop them.

How would you know? You've never been a champion in your life. At least we know we're not the champions, and that actually the football players and coaches are the champions. That's kind of the difference between Alabama fans and everyone else, when the team wins, you think YOU won.

same. I don't even like most SEC teams. I like UF pretty good, and like UGA ok since I have lived in Georgia most of my life.
Course, I appreciate what Jalen Hurts did for Alabama and he seems like a good guy so I guess I'll pull for him to do well.
