knew from the get go and they ride him to a NC, SEC Championship, or any nice bowl win.....do you see AU getting the death penalty? They are on the top of the list of programs with a history of NCAA problems.
If anyone on staff at AU knew about this from the get go, it could be one of the most blatant forms of cheating I've witnessed in my time being a College sports fan.

well there are plenty of people on the board that are official representatives of the NCAA/FBI/CIA/STD/GTFO so you should have an official OFFICIAL answer from a source of a source of course of course

I don't think that any school will ever get the Death Penalty again. That being said Auburn will get hammered so hard they won't be relevant in College football for over 10 years. The USC sanctions will look like a slap on the wrist.

Maybe "death penalty lite." Didn't the NCAA swear off the death penalty after Alabama in the 90's? That said, this could effectively be the death penalty as you alluded, Cabby.

AU fans will wish they were dead after a couple of years go by and the loss of schollys and no bowl games and forfeiture of 2010 games makes recruits and younger players go elsewhere. When the AU fans see 2012-2017 seasons go 4-8, 5-7, 6-6, 5-7, 4-8 & 6-6....they will have fond memories of Cheezit.
The NCAA will let players transfer from AU because of the sanctions and they wont have to sit out a year.
