A&M has enough money. It would be more fun to turn a school like Rice into a football power b/c of how much it would piss off all the fans of P5 schools.

I would buy some property that had a large mountianous clifside and valley below. I would build a build a magnificent mansion on top cliff, and then I would build a massive trailer park with only old shitty mobile homes at the bottom. It would remind me everyday that I won in life. Started from the bottom now I here lol!
