UNC/Duke are literally tied together. There is no separating them. Their administrations collectively view NCST as the 'tech school' of the state. NCST would GLADLY leave the ACC.

SEC needs U.K for basketball. Y'all are the Bama of college basketball.
Who wouldn't want the SEC to be South East? No teams west of the Mississippi River. Get rid of Arkansas, Missouri, Texas A&M. Move UK and Vandy west. Clemson, Georgia Tech, FSU in the east.

Shittiest school culture to fit in with the SEC, get rid of it.

Mizzou, and Moo State would get my vote.
Though I gotta say, I really enjoyed the Missouri fan base in grove when I went to school. Very friendly, and a couple tiger fans smoked me out with a blunt in the grove. Hard to not like them, but I've been to their school, and it's by far culturally the worst school for the SEC.
ETA: Id add in UVA and UNC. Beautiful campuses. Both add academics and new states to the SEC, and won't be garbage but won't ruin the powerhouse football programs of the conference.
