Y’all still get to play em cross conference. We could reduce to 12, keep cross division rival and play 9 game conference schedule.

Replace with one team each from VA and NC
won't happen because those teams are joined at the hip so you can't get just one each
and nobody from FL, SC, or GA is getting in because the current members would not allow it

Well lets head off the usual replace Vandy, as a private school they allow us several advantages... which is why every P5 conference has at least one private school.
As for adding Clemson and FSU. Oh frick yeah. Sure. I can just imagine how thrilled USC and Florida would be with that. Thumbs up dude, no existing member of the SEC would be upset with that at all.
We will just piss away the markets that Arkansas and Missouri add in favor of... well markets that we already have.
