who would it be? Saban is excluded.
I’ll go with Muschamp. He’s a UGA boy who could recruit well at his alma mater. If he surrounded himself with good coaches and kept his temper in check, he could be a decent fit.

You wouldn't take Muschamp over Dan Mullen or Jimbo Fisher?

Dan Mullen, yes. What a silly mistake to pass on such a storied winner as head coach.

Mullen’s a walking joke and Fisher’s an escaped Oompa Loompa.

I'd take Gary Blair back
If for no other reason then it would save him a lot of driving time. Its pretty common knowledge he heads back to Arkansas every chance he can get.
As for football HCs... I'd take Mark Stoops. There are plenty of HCs in the SEC that do great if you put them in charge of a team loaded with elite talent and in a recruiting hotbed where they can't walk out their front door without tripping over a 5* player.
Stoops has shown he'll patiently build up a team and he has experience having to go out and find good players. I think he's done a great job at Kentucky (with some growing pains but he was learning on the job of how to be a HC) and I think he'd do pretty good job at Arkansas.

Dan Mullen What a stud coach. Taking a team in the "weak" side of the conference, to three losses.
Look what Florida did against Mizzou, just last season. While he might not be suited for the head job, the guy can improve QB play, that's there for him. Look at these numbers: Feleipe Franks

Mark Stoops. Guys an incredible coach, and can develop well. With more resources and better facilities he could do damage and alot of other SEC schools.
Chad Morris also wouldnt be bad. I wouldnt be surprised if Arkansas gets a ton better in the next couple of years.
Also, if you want mullen youre insane. That dude is a creepy frick. pass on him being the face of the program.

God UGA fans are so insecure. You have to be fvcking joking that you would take muschamp over mullen? i get you pretending to think mullen is a garbage coach but to pretend that while pretending muschamp is way better is just to much.

Well, his ceiling with a team on the 'strong' side of the conference was also 3 losses, and only managed it once. but he had them ranked #1 for 6 weeks before losing the last 3 games...btw, how many weeks have Georgia ranked #1 from 1980 till now? just curious, because I don't know.

Hey! I'm a fan of accusation by generalization! I, too, think Mullen is hot garbage as a head coach. He needs to stick to offensive football. How dare I think such things, being a Georgia fan and all.

I seriously doubt its been 6 weeks combined...UGA and state college/starksville are not exactly comparable in terms of resourses, so its pretty impressive what Dan Mullen accomplished in the town that fun forgot, wouldn't you agree?

You fell into his trap. This is his way of bashing Florida without actually having to put Florida in the subject line.
He was damn locked and loaded with stats at the ready.

It's probably been 6 weeks combined, not sure if that was a joke or not. Georgia has a ton of resources, that's wherein the confusion lies. And no, Dan Mullen hasn't accomplished anything but being a proven QB coach. Has he was an SEC Championship? Then he's no where close to a National Championship coach.

False, Google takes three seconds to use. Fabricate your stories, if it helps you sleep. To me, this is just fun conversation.
