Fsu Miami uf or Tex atm Tex tech would play for the title every year but if you’re just sticking with states that only have 2 P4 schools, it’d be bama barn playing in the title every year, uga/gt, clemscar, pennsburgh state, Utah/byu and Mich/state would be absolute hell too.
