Bennett and Bryant started on the DL of one of the best D's in a longass time. And that Florida OL is a joke and Stafford is extremely average already behind a decent OL. Miller and Orakpo would destroy rushing the passer in this hypothetical scenario

Florida:

QB: Matt Stafford (he was born there, dwi)
RB: Frank Gore
RB: Chris Johnson
TE:
WR: Andre Johnson
WR: Anquan Boldin
WR: TY Hilton
T:
G:
C:
G:
T:

DE: Jason Pierre Paul
DT: Geno Atkins
DE:
LB:
LB:
LB:
S: Jonathan Cyprien
S: Louis Delmas
CB: Patrick Peterson
CB: Cortland Finnegan
CB: Antonio Cromartie

Too late to think clearly. Someone fill in the rest. As I suspected, FL skill guys would be easy to come up with and it would take some digging to find the big guys.

Louisiana had a to of talent leave the state after Katrina even though they played one or two years of high school ball here.

But here is a list to narrow it down

LINK

Damn looking at our choices, Peyton Manning to Reggie Wayne was already successful. We could hold our own against anybody

I just looked at possible starters for Florida. I honestly think that CA and TX would be better. Florida has produced some great college players, no doubt, but there aren't a ton of really amazing Florida bred players in the NFL. Especially at TE and on the offensive line. CA and TX do a lot better there.

QB would probably be an issue too.

The defense would be pretty solid, and the RB and WR positions.

I updated just off of LSU's list of NFL players. I'm sure we've had other kids go out of state to TX, MS, AL, or FL and get to the pros. Center was the only spot where I couldn't come up with anyone. At safety we could also have Ryan Clark, LaRon Landry, or Tyrann Mathieu. CB we could also have Morris Claiborne. Another DL possibility is Bennie Logan. I can't believe how much of our DL talent is from out of state, but I'm thinking LA players that made it had to have gone to school elsewhere.

At RB, you could also slide in Stevan Ridley or Jeremy Hill if he pans out. At WR, Jarvis Landry and OBJ in if they do well. Donnie Jones at P and Trindon Holliday at KR/PR.

I guess you completely forgot about the Super bowl, Alabama's dynasty as of late, and the past 2 LSU-Aggot games.

If it wasn't for the hole at QB and OL, North Carolina would be pretty stout. I'd give them a fighting chance just due to the pass rush and huge WRs who can go for jump balls. (See New York Giants super bowl wins to see how much a great pass rush can hide deficiencies)

QB- David Garrard
HB- JJ Arrington
HB-
WR- Hakeem Nicks
WR- Greg Little
WR- Keenan Allen
TE- Jimmy Graham
TE- Alge Crumpler
OT- Chris Hairston
OG-
C-
OG-
OT- Sean Locklear

DE- Julius Peppers
NT- Cam Thomas
DT- Stephen Bowen
DE- Mario Williams
LB- Quinton Coples
LB- Brandon Spikes
LB- Bruce Carter
LB- Aaron Curry
CB- Chris Culliver
CB- Leigh Torrance
S- Crezdon Butler
S- Brian Williams

Agreed. Though, I'd give Louisiana a fighting chance with Peyton Manning.

I would would prolly put Keenan Lewis ahead of Tracy Porter at this point in their careers. But Yea for Mathieu, he should definitely be the nickel back.

You'd also have Jacoby Jones at WR too for LA.

26 points a game is not a fricking powerhouse offense. The reason those teams won was because they had great defenses and the offenses didn't turn the ball over. Defenses win championships That definitely stands the test of time. Ur an idiot

The Giants were like 28th in total defense in 2011-12 and the Ravens were middle of the pack, like 15-18th in 12-13. Calling either defense great is a huge stretch.
More than anything both had teams and especially QBs that got hot at the right time
