Honestly, I’m surprised fb is the only sport that doesn’t have this kind of matchup between conferences (other than those with in-state ACC rivals).

Texas & Oklahoma have played 125 times since 1900, 27 times as B12 members & 1 time as SEC members, with the rest OOC games.

Getting rid of teams playing FCS games and start playing more entertaining games will favorably impact the TV contracts.

The SEC already has the market cornered on the best games each week. We've always had an FCS problem and frankly, it's more about coaches who fear for their professional coaching lives without that automatic win. For the more fearless and more secure football programs, we use FCS like a bye week before a big game.

CCGs and FCS teams are an addiction and will have to be pried from our cold dead hands.

But that’s only 2 teams. I’m talking about more (like the SEC/B12 bb games).
