Why the hell don't we do this and expand it?
For all the upcoming high school senior wannabe meteorologists and forestry majors, assign them a "star" value and then MSU and the other meteorology and forestry schools in the nation can pick your star value and get them to come to the school as they are "drafted".
Because we damn well don't want MSU to have all the 5 star weathermen of the future...
