Saban says he is going to sit out the first play of pregame warmups

It actually sounds a LOT like Jordan Jefferson's case from 2011. Remember how our starting QB repeatedly kicked some guy in the head in a parking lot? Then our coach brought him back by midseason, just in time for Bama?
So Les Miles is a great guy, but Nick Saban is a TPOS. Yea ok.
Man you just threw a wrench in cankle boy’s trolling.

Moron.
You should be much more worried if the game is in a position where you need to worry about playing the 3rd string.

Does Nick Saban not know what an indictment is? A grand jury looked at all the evidence and found enough evidence on him to indict. Does Nick Saban have evidence to the contrary?
A couple of notes...
First, it doesn’t seem that you or many of your buddies know how an indictment works. There is no opportunity for the defense to argue its case or even prevent any evidence to the contrary. Second, it only takes a simple majority to issue an indictment. From what I understand, there are multiple witnesses that have stated Thompson wasn’t involved. This happened back in the Spring, and he hasn’t missed any time or team activities. If UA wasn’t confident in what was going on, he’d have at least been “dealt with internally,” which hasn’t happened.
You are a freedom hating, anti-American, piece of shite.

Guilty by an indictment of probable cause by a simple majority.
Cool we could save lots of tax dollars.
frick innocent until proven guilty!
A lot of schools have policies that players charged with felonies are kicked off the team. I guess at Alabama you need a prison sentence.

We did that once and it turns out the GF set the player up and we looked dumb. How about let due process take place before passing judgement on someone.
You talking about the kid who got kicked off UGA's team for domestic assault Alabama picked up? Yeah, I don't feel sorry for that kid

Difference being he was suspended until he was finished with the legal process, not playing pending the result of the legal process. Jefferson was also never charged with a felony, and he also returned for the Kentucky game about a month before the Alabama game.

Quick question. Would you keep your job if you were charged with a felony tomorrow?

This is rich coming from an fan whose program allowed child rapist Jeremy Hill to remain on scholarship as the result of a “team vote”.

This is incorrect. It takes 9 of 12 votes to get a true bill.

Yes, that's what his attorney says, but clearly the cops and DA are just out to get Thompson

Anyone under indictment for a felony should not be allowed to play a college sport until the matter is cleared up. It's pretty easy to not be indicted for a felony. Most folks go their entire life without be indicted for anything.

Jeremy Hill sat out an entire football season for a misdemeanor. Calling him a child rapist doesn't make your comment more compelling. HTH

I can't imagine how hard you're going to melt down after 7 if you're going this hard over a backup safety right now
Thompson won't play too much, anyway
