AU sucked this year.

Well, tell me which year AU didn't suck, and I will try to find some stats, but I think we can agree that A&M is at least as valuable to the SEC as AU is, right? Based on the actual numbers?

A&M brings at least as much to the conference as Auburn, in terms of fans support and revenue (which is the point of a conference).

And it shows that there a more important things the SEC is looking for from their programs. Mainly being competitive.

And Nebraska got red-assed about having to recruit on a level playing field with everybody else, blamed Texas for it, and ran away to the B1G for

......wait for it......

more conference money.

But the money wasn't why any of them really left. You just ask them.

That is exactly what happened with Texas and the LHN. It fricked everyone over and they didn't care.

The LHN has had no impact on anybody in the BIG XII at all. It's a running joke. I don't know what you think you're talking about.

Texas University thinks they are too good to rub shoulders with SEC types. OU is a bunch of yankees.

No impact at all, aside from forcing at least 2 conference members a year to have to play on it in football and many more in other sports.

i get why OU fans are defensive about their conference, i just dont understand why they are confident in its viability. they would be a welcome addition here or in any other conference yet they are content bleeding out in the big 12. makes no sense

You must be the dumbest of the dumbest in all of Oklahoma! And that's a lot of dumb there!

Why do you think there is no Big 12 network like the SEC Network dumb bass?

Longhorn Network ring a bell?

hahahahahhahahahahhahahah

Oh, and you're welcome for at least making it tolerable for other big 12 programs. Cause we are the ones who held it in check. So, once again, you're welcome

Correct. And I never said anything of the sort.

They ran away to something more lucrative for themselves is entirely accurate.

It has? In what way has the lack of a BIG XII conference network hurt us? Be specific.......I'm still waiting.

The PAC is just too far to travel for Texas. I think some kind of SEC/ Big 12 hybrid could work- maybe a third division?

SEC West:
Texas, OU, Baylor, Okie lite, aggy, arky

SEC Central:
Bama, Auburn, Ole Miss, MSU, Mizz

SEC East:
Florida, Georgia; USC, Tenn, Vandy, Kentucky

That’s three, 6 team divisions. Each team plays everyone from their division, plus 3 from a different division (rotates every year).

SEC champ game between two best league winners (as voted by committee).

Just spitballing...

Uhhhhhhhh you dont think maybe it would have been easier to attract 12 members in 2011 with the promise of a stabilizing conference network that would have allowed yall to keep your conference championship which would have made it more likely that the big 12 would have been in the playoffs in 2014 and 2016?
