I agree. LSU should have won it - if their kicker doesn’t miss a FG, their punt returner doesn’t suck, and if their DBs can actually cover. Any of those things happen, and you guys win in regulation.

If LSU goes 9-3 every year for the rest of this century

I will be smiling down from heaven because LSU will have never had a bad season for the entire 21st Century.

An incredible feat.

I’m not wanting to troll right now. LSU will be a slight favorite, but any reasonable person will admit that it’s a losable game for them.

9-3 with losses to Bama and A&M is very much a way the season might go. If it does, is O fires? That’s all I’m asking. No troll. Genuine question.

Yet I smell the disguised aggy try-hard pretty strong up in here that we have come to know so well.

We will also take the

-or-
Further reserving the right to detail how your grammatical error will allow me some sort of breathing room to not answer your question, when approached with substance-containing questions.”

I’m a realistic person. Sure any game is losable, but especially coming off this game last year, I don’t think this game will be close.

Why is that? ... Cause of the buyout?

We aren't Auburn.

...or A&M, for that matter. O's buyout will be a pittance after 2019. Maybe 10% of the new locker room pods?

Bo Pelini never won fewer than 9 games at Nebraska and they fired him.

You're right. Les Miles kept his job for another year solely based on his win over A&M.

So what is your explanation for the pass interference that gave y’all an extra shot at the winning 2pt conversion, when the contact was not only initiated by the A&M receiver, but the ball was wayyyyyyyyy uncatchable?

That was more about Pelini being an a-hole than on-the-field performance.

I mean we apparently couldn’t afford Scott Woodward either. I don’t think we would get Jimbo but never underestimate the LSU athletic department’s ability to come up with money for the football team.

Afford Jimbo? Maybe LSU is not dumb enough to give a new HC that went 5-6 in his last year at his last job $75 million guaranteed money.

I'd say the seat is going to get hot without 10 wins this year(including bowl game). A natty can never be expected, but no playoffs in the next 4 years equals he's probably gone.
