Is O fired?

What about 10-2, but finishes 3rd behind A&M in the West again? Surely he wouldn’t be fired under those circumstances, right?

No, no, no and no.

And LSU will not lose to ATM at home after the referee's fricktardary in the game they should have won multiple times last season.

I think you’re right about O not getting fired, but quit being a bitch about last year. Take your loss like a man.

Hook is too shiny and Topwater bite has already past. You will still catch the usual ones though.

It’s a legit question. 9-3 with losses to Bama and A&M, and LSU would be calling for his head.

He’s not getting fired after 2019 unless LSU has a losing record. 9-3 puts the pressure on for 2020.

If he goes 4 years without a title or a 10 win regular season he probably gets shown the door.

I’m not wanting to troll right now. LSU will be a slight favorite, but any reasonable person will admit that it’s a losable game for them.

9-3 with losses to Bama and A&M is very much a way the season might go. If it does, is O fires? That’s all I’m asking. No troll. Genuine question.

I think it would take a follow-up 9-3 season.

Going 9-3 this year would be pretty disappointing. Following it up with another 9-3 season along with the recruiting classes he has brought/bringing in, could do him in.

Why is that? Cause recruiting is going so well? Cause of the buyout?

No one fires a coach who’s won 9 games a year after 3 seasons unless there is some sort of scandal. If LSU continues to win 9 games he will get 4 or 5 years to show he can win a title. LSU fans are fickle, so he probably only gets 4.

This is pretty much common sense.

ETA: A big X-factor is how much Woodward believes in him. He undoubtedly has a shorter leash than he did with Alleva.

If the refs would have called Sternbergers fumble a fumble, we wouldn’t have to listen to schwaggie hypotheticals all offseason. SMDH

Probably not. It’ll take another year of mediocrity for o to be fired.

But yes, losing to A&M once was terrible. Twice should definitely place his arse on the hot seat.

My memory is foggy. What year was it when Jordan Jefferson torched a Tannehill led schwaggie team in the cotton bowl? Seems like ages ago. Still Lullllzzzzzing about that. Never gets old.

We suck and are not progressing as needed, so yes, the O experiment will have failed and it's time to move on.

Admit LSU won that game multiple times just like SEC officials did.

Sorry, buddy. It was close, but he didn’t quite get the second toot down. I know it’s tough for you to admit that.
