You were so close. It’s almost as if you’re purposely ignoring the point.

It really isn’t surprising, though.

I'm not an Old Miss fan so your petty grievances and hurt feelings don't really make sense to me.

Lmao. Go watch the Florida post game conference. All of the social media stuff leading up to that with the Kiffin 26 stuff he reposted knowing he was gone, posting Knox in LSU headphones during the bye week, etc. So many instances. You don't have a clue.

Or y'all are being sensitive little babies. Thats the real reason.

Move on. He’s gone. Y'all have the real genius Golding at the helm now.

LSU fans have given us incredible examples of melting over the last few years and even more over the last month.

Nah, you’re using the word as a crutch, knowing you baws are the ones on full on melt down, even though you’re in serious contention for a championship. There’s no bravado, no confidence about advancing, it’s just full on meltdown. Cherish your run. The unraveling starts soon.

Legitimately, you on here, are melting. But like I said, if anyone says anything that goes against your victim mentality, y’all have started throwing that out there, like a security blanket. Again, you need to focus on your playoff. You’re not going to get many more.

Meanwhile, you're out here misspelling Kiffin's name and fricking sentences up all over the place.

Now that he’s no longer our coach I figured I would just call him Kiffen like the rest of the board. I figured Quephyn would go over your head.

I do find it humorous that you never seemed to correct LSU fans on the spelling of his name prior to his change of employment.

Not really though…..it was another successful experiment regarding your brokenness.

You can search that spelling in my posting history. I know you already live there.

Nor do we hire/fire coaches the way LSU did.

If bama's #1 target was in the middle of a playoff run, they would 100% do what LSU did

How delusional are you?

Got some examples of this being common?

Always felt like after the regular season and before the bowl game was the way it was done.

Let's assume the following scenario. Let me preface this by saying I'm not necessarily predicting this will happen:

1. Alabama wanders in the wilderness for a few years, at least by Alabama standards, not winning any SEC or national championships.

2. Kiffin builds LSU into a real contender, winning an SEC Championship, advancing deep into the playoffs and/or even winning a national championship.

Alabama will come after him guns blazing. All this bullshite about "Alabama is too good to hire Lane Kiffin" is just that. bullshite. Alabama cares about winning, just like LSU. They went after Saban for the same reason despite all the backlash they got initially. How did that turn out in the end?

Bama went after Saban when he was at Miami

Not saying your scenario won't come to fruition because it could very well happen. At the end of the day the powers that be are under a lot of pressure to win.

There was no backlash when Alabama hired Saban. Some Miami fans were upset, but he got the blessings of the Miami owner before he signed with Alabama. He also waited until after the season was over before he would even talk to Alabama.

until said coaches sign a contract with LSU, they are still under contract at Ole Miss.

I also think Alabama would have waited until the season was over to be flying his family in town and talking to the damn governor.

No they wouldn’t have because they are not stupid.. With the timing of the early signing period for HS recruits it is important to have a coach on board by then. It’s a business and LSU made a business decision in their best interest, which conflicts with the emotions of many. I would want any of the colleges I attended to do the same thing.

Wasn’t Kiffin hired by LSU after Ole Miss’s last regular season game (and a few days before the Early Signing Period)?
