Do you see even you as a fan are trying to give Bico special treatment..This is exactly our freaking problem.
On a REAL team no one is better then anyone else no one gas special rules.
If you are playing nit to get hurt or scared then you can sit on the bench. Simple as that.
Imagine a head coach having your mentality.... scared of offending your star players.
That's why Nick Davan was the GOAT. He was the same hard arse to everyone on his teams.
You want to punish the people responsible for the loss?
Start with Josh Heupel, Joey Halzle, Tim Banks, and Willie Martinez.

Oh please stop it....you outplayed us most of the game, but if If that's in Neyland you don't win and you know it.
Our oline is not well coached enough to play well on the road in loud environments. There i said it. They weren't in 2022 and they still aren't today. Some changes need to be made there but that's a whole separate topic.
How many false starts were there due to the Arkansas crowd noise which was surprisingly louder than Oklahoma?
It reminded me of our oline performance in Athens in 2023....false start central. Difficult to get into a rhythm when your oline is completely out of sync like that negating positive plays and constantly putting you behind on the sticks. Even so...we still were up 14-3 and had plenty of opportunities to stick the final dagger in.
Arkansas is going to be a really good team with Petrino there so I'm not trying to downplay you guys but your crowd noise had a massive effect on our oline and the entire offense which comes down to coaching as far as I'm concerned.

I'm sending a message this week to every single highly recruited player on our team.
How to do that.
Make Nico review his performance on tape to the entire team and jot down EVERY single wide open rushing lane that was open and he ignored and threw some shitty arse late pass instead.
Now then bring put the entire team to Haslam field to stand around a large circle and make Nico do 20 suicide runs for each wide open lane he didn't run through. Then when he's on the verse of puking his guts out, put him a circle abd make him do the Oklahoma drill with all the toughest guys on the team.
What if he gets injured you say or feels humiliated?
TO frickING BAD!!!
We need to send a message to the entire team that everyone no matter how many starrs they have or how much nil you make, you will be treated no different than a walk on if you aren't willing to risk it all to win every single play.
This goes for every starting player BTW not just Nico. But first it starts with Nico to send a message.
Heupel needs to grow some balls and stop this buddy nonsense with the players.
and this is why you turn wrenches all day in your Fifties...this is your idea of leadership.

I agree it's all on the coaches and that's literally the whole point of this thread. They are too soft with the players and with themselves.
Holding the coaches accountable infront of the players including heupel himself is fine with me.
This isn't about about just punishing one guy....quite the opposite....it applies to everyone including coaches.
We need to stop being so conservative and scared. Play to win every single snap and don't worry about the possibility of failure.

Why would i listen to advice on good leadership from an LSU fan when you endorse that soft arse finesse loser coach Brian Kelly?

and this is why in about 3-4 years UTk will be right back where they were before Heupel. hoping to be bowl eligible.
remind me again how many NCs and SEC ships UTk has in the last 25 seasons?

Arkansas had more first downs, more yards per play, punted 4 less times, had 4 less penalties, and held the ball for 11 more minutes than Tennessee.
The better team won.
The better team won.

Is this a joke? lol. Some of our fans man I swear. Josh Heupel called a terrible game and he struggles to win on the road in hostile environments. It doesn’t have to be some ridiculous out of pocket reason why we lost. Good lord.

Heupel ain't going anywhere. We love Heupel but he's being paid millions of dollars so we can point out his faults and criticize when necessary.
Holy shite this board is as soft as cotton candy on a hot summer day.

Is this what you say about losing in Gainesville every other year for the last 2 decades?
God, you're a little bitch.

No. This is the same guy who runs the Serreneaux and Big Dick Rick and several other similar accounts.
He's an Alabama fan trying to make Tenneseee fans look bad.
There's simply no way Tennessee actually has this many power douche posters on this board.

Would you put big money down on Arky straight up if we were somehow able to run it back this weekend in Neyland? No you wouldn't because you wouldn't feel confident enough. I sure as heck would though. We are a way better team than what we showed in Fayetteville.

Would you suggest waterboarding the team as well? I hear it has a great effect on team morale
Posted on 10/8/24 at 10:38 am to PoundTheRock
We lost to Vandy. How are you still melting over Arkansas? They've beaten the Vols 5 of the last 6, 4 straight.

So wanting to hold everyone on our team accountable for a poor performance makes me a douche? This board is full of nothing but easily offended pussies it seems.
