State isn't a program that will consistently put 10 win season together. Regardless of who comes back, They will have a 10 win season followed up by a 7 win, then 5 win, then back to 9. They can be good, just not every year. They always drop a couple they shouldn't.

Not saying you're wrong, but Mullen's goal is to steadily raise that ceiling, which he has. Next year should make 4 of 5 seasons that he wins 9+ in. (14, 15, 17, 18)
