BB is unimportant so it won't matter. To illustrate, can anyone name a BB game that they lost that bothers them in any way?

Yes, but this has more to do with personal investment than anything. In reality a loss in any sport means nothing, unless you invest a lot of personal time and interest in that sport.

2006 UCLA was fvckin devastating. We had the eventual national runners up with about 7 NBA players on their roster on the frickin ropes with a chance at a Sweet 16 and maybe more and lost it late.
We had a chance to tie or win and missed. Damn it.
