Deboer is a better coach and doesn't bring any of the drama that Lane brings. WHY TF would ANY Bama fan want Kiffin over our current coach is mind boggling...

Bama has the old world lore, but that’s not what sells these days. There’s a reason Saban left when he did.

If that's the case, what is LSU bringing that Ol' Miss doesn't, or Indiana, or certainly Penn State? Serious Question.

People had Deboers dead in the water after week one (An oddly LSU as favorite to be NC)

He righted the ship and playing for the SEC title. I don't see him going anywhere.

Shame Kelly thought he could sit on the beach and get a title. He could have really cemented himself as an elite coach. He can retire to Michigan or BC now.

Lsu is as good or a better job than Alabama. I'm not saying Lane won't do whatever, he's a wildcard, but it's not easier to win at Bama. You don't have more resources, better facilities, better recruiting.

Holy shite.

Then people from Alabama must just be exponentially better at football than those from Louisiana. What else could explain Alabama leading the series 58-27-5?
