The state of South Carolina historically is very southern. But in 2018, I’d say Texas is equally Southern if not more.

No one says that. I've lived here my whole life. We have shirts that say Carolina, but theyre garnet. If you get confused that idk what to say.

But when in the state and asked what school you went to, we will say carolina.
In NC its North Carolina in SC its South Carolina.
Outside the state, we say the whole thing.
(I don't say USC anymore because too many people ask me about LA and I'm not a leftcoast libtard!)
