That's a tale as old as college football itself, never fails. Hell, I've seen the same thing about your own team even in a year when you went on to win it all.
Not saying that's what we're 100% going to do, but we're one of a small handful of teams this year that can possibly do just that.

Last year when Texas was 9-1, we were told that we’d never be 9-1 in the SEC bc the SEC is a gauntlet, every week is a grind and even the worst teams in the SEC are better than the best in the big 12
Yet here we are at 9-1
