the Cult televised it themselves and the feed was placed on ESPN+. So technically a network didn't spend any money on it. The barn just did it so they could say it was televised.

Since we're on the subject, I was told by the extra chromosomes of Lee County that "Tuberville would run Saban out of the conference"...
I was told "Saban was a mediocre coach outside of one season at LSU and he would never win anything of value at Bama"...
I was told in 2009 "Bama only won a national title because the conference was down" and that "order would be restored going forward"...
I was told "Saban would abandon Alabama in four years"...
And my personal favorite, I was told "Auburn fans would NEVER grace the doors of Walmart just to see a national championship trophy"...
One year later:
