I was at the game as well. One thing I guess that I had never realized was that GT has traditions that rival the gayness of the Aggies. The entire fanbase is a nerd fest of epic proportions. There were some mild skirmishes in sec 123 where we were seated. There was a 13 year old UGA fan behind me trolling 4 twenty something year old nerds in the row in front of me. They were talking a lot of shite through the game and mid 3rd quarter the kid starting mimicking them and laughing at them. One final turned around and started trying to insult the kid and the kid just kept laughing at him saying “oh, he mad! .” The last time UGA scored the kid leaned over the space beside my shoulder and said “now go get my homework nerd” and just kept laughing while the guy kept asking him “hey little man, did any body in your family attend UGA?”
It was a little chippy in there for sure but it was all brought on by GT fans who think they can talk shite without any shite talk back.
As for the game, GT played hard and their coach is a step up from what they have had in the last few years. However, UGA played a very vanilla scheme without 4 offensive starters and was clearly just on a business trip to get the w and get home. The game was never in doubt. UGA played the B team and came away with a win in GTs Super Bowl.

I was at the game. Wtf is up with the troughs in the men's room?? I get it for bars woth drunk adults but it was really fricking weird peeing there with little kids wandering around.
Also will say Bobby Dodds wifi got really overloaded. I know it happens but for georgia TECH I would expect better.
Negatives aside the game was incredible and the stadium itself is amazing. A big time football game with skyscrapers and city in the background is a very unique experience.

Hey assholes
If you UGA fans can actually read and not have to google to learn how to understand something you would have read that I have been to many Tech/UGA games and have never had a single problem with UGA fans.
Last night however was a different story. Your bandwagon fans are making your entire football program and university look trashy as frick.
It’s unbelievable how fricking sensitive you are when someone calls you out. It’s funny how a little nerd school with a little high school stadium could get the GA fans at the game so worked up. We hit a nerve last night and it was glorious to watch how your fanbase handled it.
Tech popped you in the fricking mouth and none of you were expecting it. Once reality set in and the thought came to your mind that Tech could possibly pull off an upset, every UGA fan in the stadium turned into an a-hole.
Perhaps the all day drinking on top of a rowdy concert before the game got your fans worked up but y’all were scared shitless at Bobby Dodd.
The bathroom at halftime was pure gold listening to a bunch of uneducated trashbags whine and complain and turn into grade-a assholes.
It was also funny listening to them talk mad shite about your beloved dear leader (Kirby smart)

Waaah, unclutch those pearls you little bitch. Honestly man im not reading all 9 paragraphs there when I can tell you are being incredibly biased. You had some bad fans around sounds like. Sorry to hear. But now that 24 hours have gone by it's time to suck it up buttercup and move the frick on instead of ruminating about some tiny sample size of douchebags that even most UGA fans would shut down in a public situation.
I sat with a bunch of drunk tech fans in section 108. They complained about the refs for 4 quarters straight. Their knowledge of the game was really embarrassingly bad as their complaints were waaaay off. They were making up rules at one point. Just awful.
Does that become my entire narrative of the GA Tech fanbase? Not really.
